Using PartialLeadsSetupOverview

Setup

Setup is where you tell PartialLeads about your business — your domain, your store, your CRM, and which ad platforms should receive the leads you capture.

You’ll touch these four pages once, when you first sign up. After that, you only come back here when something changes.

The four steps

A typical setup flow

If you’re brand new to PartialLeads, the right order is:

  1. Install the tracking pixel on your website. Pick your platform — Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, GoHighLevel — and follow the install guide. Most platforms take under 5 minutes.

  2. Add your domain in PartialLeads. The pixel will verify it automatically the first time someone loads your site.

  3. Connect any integrations you need — Shopify for ecommerce, GoHighLevel for CRM, Calendly for bookings.

  4. Wire your conversions to Meta, Pinterest, or Google Ads so your ad campaigns can optimize against real outcomes instead of just page loads.

  5. Set up outbound webhooks if you want captured leads to flow into Zapier, Make, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or any other CRM.

You can come back to steps 3-5 in any order — they’re independent. The only strict requirement is doing the domain step before anything else, because everything checks against your authorized domains.

Where the tracking pixel install lives

The pixel install instructions live under Other Resources — once you have the pixel on your site, you rarely need to revisit those pages, so they sit in the reference section instead of the main setup flow.
