Integration
Integrations connect PartialLeads to the platforms your business already uses — your ecommerce store, your CRM, your booking tool. Once connected, we receive events from these platforms (purchases, contacts, bookings) and attribute them back to the visitor session that started everything.
You don’t need to set up every integration — pick the ones that match your business.
Where to find it
Open Dashboard → Integrations in your PartialLeads account.
You’ll see cards for each available integration. Connected integrations show a green “Connected” badge; unconnected ones show “Not connected”.
Available integrations
Ecommerce platforms
Online stores. Captures abandoned checkouts plus full purchase events. Most-tested integration.
ShopifyWordPress-based stores. Same coverage as Shopify via the WooCommerce webhook system.
WooCommerceCustom checkout flows or SaaS billing. Currently sandbox-only — live mode pending business activation.
StripeCRM and booking
CRM + funnel builder. Receives payment events from your GHL workflows. Common for coaching and consulting businesses.
GoHighLevelSales call bookings. Attributes booked calls back to the ad click that brought the prospect in.

How to connect one
The specific steps vary by integration — each has its own connect flow. The pattern is similar:
- Click the integration card in Dashboard → Integrations
- Authorize the connection — most use OAuth (Calendly, eventually Stripe), some use webhook + signing secret (Shopify, WooCommerce, GoHighLevel)
- Configure your platform’s side — paste a webhook URL into your platform, copy back the signing secret if needed
- Wait for the first event — connection status flips from “Pending first event” to “Active” the moment data starts flowing
For the detailed setup walkthrough of each integration, follow the guide links above.
You can connect multiple integrations at once. A typical ecommerce + lead-gen business might run Shopify + Calendly + Universal Webhook simultaneously — they don’t conflict, and each feeds into the same lead/purchase pipeline.
Multi-store / multi-connection support
Several integrations support multiple connections under one PartialLeads account:
- Shopify — unlimited stores, one connection per store
- WooCommerce — unlimited stores
- GoHighLevel — unlimited workflows
- Universal Webhook — one connection per platform per domain
The Integrations page shows all your active connections side by side. Each connection has its own webhook URL, signing secret, and activity log — so an issue with one store doesn’t affect another.
Disconnecting
Each integration has a Disconnect button on its detail page. Disconnecting:
- Stops new events from being received
- Keeps historical data in your dashboard (you can still browse purchases, leads, and attribution from disconnected connections)
- Revokes the signing secret immediately
If you disconnect by accident, you can re-connect using the same steps as the original setup. Historical attribution data is preserved.
Common questions
”Which integration do I need?”
- You sell physical or digital products via Shopify or WooCommerce → connect that platform
- You take payments via GoHighLevel funnels → connect GoHighLevel
- You book sales calls via Calendly → connect Calendly
- You’re on a platform not listed here → use the Universal Webhook
”I have a custom checkout that isn’t Shopify or WooCommerce”
Use the Universal Webhook. Almost any platform that can send an outbound webhook with event_id, email, and amount will work — we have generous field aliases for 70%+ of common SaaS platforms.
”Do I need an integration if I just want to capture leads?”
No — leads flow into PartialLeads via the tracking pixel alone. Integrations are for purchase events, booking events, and platforms where leads live behind an iframe (like GoHighLevel forms).
If you just want partial-form capture on your website, you can skip Integration entirely and just use Domain + the pixel install.
Next up: Webhook — send captured leads outbound to Zapier, Make, or your CRM.
